Ozone generators and cold plasma equipment create ozone or active species through high voltage discharge, usually driven by a high frequency, high voltage inverter that needs resonant and filter capacitors rated for the voltage. E and F series parts rated 6–15 kV offer higher capacitance, and the large-diameter SL series also suits these circuits.
