Can I get samples?
Request samples in your inquiry with the purpose and quantity. Sales will confirm availability, cost and shipping.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the part, quantity and stock, and is stated in the quotation. Mention any required date in your inquiry.
Do you offer custom ratings?
Send your voltage, capacitance, size and lead requirements; our engineers will assess feasibility.
How do I get the datasheet?
Reviewed datasheets will be downloadable from product pages. Until then, mention it in your inquiry and sales will send the current version.
Can I design with the values on this site?
Values marked “Under review” are for initial screening only. Use the formal datasheet from sales before freezing a design or ordering.
Payment and shipping?
Payment terms, Incoterms and shipping are itemised in the formal quotation and can be agreed per project.
